Today the building stands as a reminder of Brisbane’s history and remains one of a small group of late Victorian buildings which have survived the modern developments of the city, and serve as a reminder of Australia’s courageous early beginnings.

Today O’Brien Group Australia leases the Buffalo Bar to the Australian Venue Company and other commercial tenants including an award winning architect.
